The CVPDO represents adults who are accused of committing a misdemeanor or a felony in Callahan, Coke, Coleman, Concho, Irion, Runnels, Schleicher, Shackelford, Sterling, Taylor, or Tom Green counties. The CVPDO will neither be appointed to death penalty cases nor Class C misdemeanor cases.
The CVPDO represents juveniles accused of a misdemeanor or a felony. Juveniles are children from ten (10) to sixteen (16) years old.
